甲府は、なぜか月曜定休のお店が多い気がする。週初めに勇んでランチに行くと、休みでがっかりした経験が何度かある。今日は月曜なので、閉まっているお店もある中、元気に営業している当店に。
チェーン店ぽさを感じたが、初めてのお店だったので、入ってみる。後で調べると、チムニー（株）が展開する店舗だった。近年、チェーン店でも多くのブランドを展開するので、見分けがつきにくい。大衆食堂安べゑも、36店舗展開しているようだ。大規模チェーンは、基本的にレビューしないのだが、チムニーの展開店舗は近年入ったこともないので、レビューすることに。
カウンター10席、シンプルなテーブル席6卓ほどで、大衆っぽい雰囲気。12時前、テーブル席は空いており、カウンターは半分も埋まっていない。
カウンターに案内され、さて、何にしようかメニューを見る。売りにしている肉豆腐768円。白と黒があり、黒にする。ご飯大盛無料なのでお願いする。
少々待って、やって来た。肉豆腐、きんぴら、味噌汁、たくあん、ご飯大盛り。色合いが全体的に茶系で、華やかさがない。豆腐の上にはプルプルの牛すじ。ご飯は大盛だが、器が小さいため、それほど多くない。おかずもたっぷりという訳ではない。肉豆腐が無くなり、残り汁をご飯にかけて、さらさらと食べる。リーズナブルではあるが、居酒屋ランチなので、もう少しボリュームがあると良かったかな。ご馳走様でした。
