ひとりランチで伺う。
休日を利用して山梨県の勝沼へ。
僕が愛飲しているワインの新ヴィンテージが発売されたので、(ほぼ)毎年恒例の勝沼ワイナリー巡りを実施。
今回ランチで訪問した｢風｣様は、日本屈指のワイナリー勝沼醸造様直営のレストラン。
何となく教会みたいな店構えだなーと思っていたら、長崎の大浦天主堂をイメージしているらしい。
遅めの時間で予約したので、先に運営母体の勝沼醸造を訪問。
常備している日本政府が海外要人をもてなす時によく使う(らしい)スパークリングが切れていたので購入。
それに加えて前から欲しかった極甘口のデザートワインと赤のファーストラベルも購入。
購入したワインについては、後日｢勝沼醸造｣様のレビューを書く時に触れます。
あと冒頭の新ヴィンテージのワインは、他のワイナリーです。
お店に着いたら、窓際で葡萄畑の風景がよく見えてなおかつ隅の目立ちにくい席を案内していただいた。ありがたい。
今回は｢“アルガ グレーリャ”セットB｣を注文。
前菜付きのランチコースで、メイン料理(４択)がローストビーフ。

地鶏や南瓜や葡萄など要所に山梨県産の食材を使ったランチ。全体を通して美味しかった。
メインのローストビーフは、シェフが大きな塊肉をワゴンで席まで運んで来て、目の前で切っていただいた。
ライブ的な演出があると美味しいものがより美味しく感じてしまう。
また断面が見える部分だけではなく、エンドカットに近い部分も切っていただいたのは流石。
サーロインの脂の香り、もも肉の赤身の旨味が素晴らしかった。
ちなみにメインは４択。
ローストビーフ以外は次の通り。

・アルガ ロマネ(レトロビーフシチュー)
・アルガ マリーナ(魚介盛り合わせ)
次回は誰かお連れして再訪します。
