Aiming for the restaurant to open at 11:30, we drove from Katsunuma Interchange on Koshu Kaido and turned right. After a while, it was on our left. The parking lot was very spacious, probably because it is attached to a winery. I guess it will also be a lunch venue after visiting the winery. The interior of the restaurant has a high ceiling and large windows, so it looks like you can enjoy the green scenery of the vineyards at this time of year. Most tables seat four people. It seems that reservations are also possible, and there are a few reserved seats. The menu is a full range of Western Cuisine. In particular, there are dishes centered around Koshu pork, Steak, and pasta. Rice is not included with the main course, so you have to order rice or bread separately. The set menu comes with salad and drink (self-serve). I ordered the crystal pork ginger saute and set B (salad + consommé soup + drink + dessert). It seems that you can have more salad and soup. I had it twice. The salad was sprouts, lettuce, and pickled radish. I liked the radish. The soup was a little thin. The iced coffee drink was very thin and I couldn't get it... The main dish, pork ginger, had a slight porky smell and was not very good. The bread took a long time to be served and it felt like it was not warmed up properly. It's a shame because the bread was so delicious. I personally don't think it's that great, but my companion's Fujizakura pork belly stewed in tomato sauce was very good!
