近所の運動公園に息子の試合観戦に行き、食べログで検索してうどん屋さんを発見！
吉田のうどんらしいので剛麺に期待です、うどんに肉、わかめ、きんぴらをトッピングしたのもと
肉ぶっかけうどん（ポン酢味）を注文しました。
うどんの麺は硬いですがねばりが少ない感じでイマイチ、汁は甘くて出しの香りは薄いですね。
汁に辛味を加えると美味しくなりますが私的には甘みが強過ぎで残念。
やっぱり麺は硬くて粘りがあり、汁は味噌と醤油のバランスが良くて出汁の香りがするのが好きです。
肉ぶっかけうどんは専用の細い麺が良い感じでおろしポン酢に良く合い美味しいです。
専用の細麺がつるつるで少しウェーブが入り、太麺より仕上がりが好きです。
次に食べるときは肉ぶっかけうどんを注文します。
