暑い！非常に暑い日が続いている勝沼にやってまいりましたー
注文品
肉ぶっかけ600円
水はセルフ、着席して口頭で注文するスタイルです。
タッキー似の美人女将が一から手作りしていただけますので着丼まで10分ほどかかりました。
丁寧に食べ方の説明を聞いてからいただきます。
大根おろしに専用のポン酢をかけてから麺にぶっかけます。
ネギと天かす入れ放題とすりだねを沢山入れます。
麺が美味い！
しっかりとしたコシがある吉田のうどんです〜
肉はバラ系馬肉で冷たくて麺と大根おろしに絡んで美味い美味いー
すりだねは一味ラー油系で香ばしさと辛さが来ますので入れすぎ注意ですかね〜
山の上ですから空気もよく美人が作ってくれるしうどんも美味い！
次は肉うどん大盛り頼みます
