信州、山梨といえばほうとうを思い浮かべますが今日はお蕎麦が食べたくなり、ここにお邪魔しました。
お昼も過ぎた頃だったので待ちのピークも少なく、5組ほど並んでいたからよかった。
ここでいただいたのが、普通の麺つゆのそばと胡桃つゆそばと言うのがあり、初めて胡桃つゆというのを聞いたので、一つずつ頼んでたべました。
胡桃つゆは少しとろみがあって甘くてそばに相性抜群のつゆでとても美味しかったです。
