Koshu wine beef is grown in the abundant nature of Yamanashi using grape lees from pressed wine as feed, and fresh highland vegetables from Yatsugatake are purchased directly from local farmers. We are particular about the ingredients used to create a delicious dish.

The road with its panoramic view of Mt. Yatsugatake is a popular spot for driving and touring. After a pleasant run, you can easily park your car in the spacious parking lot. I also ride a large motorcycle, but next time I'll ride a motorcycle in private! I swore.
