美し森に二匹のトープードルと散策に出かけた帰りに、こちらのお店でランチをしました。
わんちゃんOKのペンションが運営されているレストランで、鉄板で作るハンバーグやステーキのお店です。
電話をしたらちょうど席が空いているというので、予約をしてうかがいましがその後満席になって入れないかたもいたので正解でした。
ちょうど鉄板の前の席だったので、ご主人が焼いているところがよくみえます。
注文したのは、目玉ハンバーグとチーズハンバーグそれに八ヶ岳ビールのピルスナー。
注文してから野菜を刻み、焼かれる野菜とその場でこねて焼くハンバーグが絶品でした。
一つ一つ作られるので、ちょっと提供時間はゆっくりですが、とっても美味しいハンバーグ。
チーズハンバーグはチーズをカリカリにして上にのせてもらえるのととろととチーズがかかっています。
ワンちゃんOKのお店は、食べ物が美味しくないお店もありますが、こちらはちゃんとした味。
リゾート地にもかかわらず、850円というお値段でランチがいただけるのもとてもうれしいお店です。
