毎年、素敵なオーベルジュを探すのが楽しみの一つになっていますが、今年は夏の八ヶ岳近辺でここヒュッテ エミールを見つけました。料理の繊細さは勿論のこと、オーナー夫妻の丁度良いサービスがとてもよかったです...
