restaurant is a renovated large old wooden house located about 20 minutes from Kobuchizawa, Yamanashi Prefecture. Chef Suzuki trained in Japanese Cuisine and French cuisine, opened his own business at Sangenjaya, and moved to his current restaurant. We are doing a la carte event only in February and visited. It's fun to have Neapolitan and crab cream Croquette casually like Bistro. ・ Gougère ・ 8 kinds of appetizers Jumbo Persier, pâté, quiche, rillette, salad, hashed potato, lapé, smoked mass. The butterbur sauce and mustard are also quite delicious, and the volume is amazing. ・Sirloin ☆☆ Sirloin of heifers. The heavy flavor of beef that spreads in the mouth is wonderful. Mustard and salt and pepper go very well here. ・ Deer loin ☆☆ The flavor of the deer remains firmly in a good way, and it is irresistible. It has a soft texture with just the right amount of chewiness. The garlic soy sauce goes well with it. ・ Teppan Neapolitan ☆ Thick noodles with an egg laid underneath. The taste is gentler than it looks. ・Crab cream Croquette Great crab feeling. The cream should be loose and the batter should be firm. It's like Croquette in Restaurants. ・Mushroom potage The flavor is firm and the mouthfeel is rough and satisfying. ・Cream caramel pudding ☆☆ Hard and smooth. The taste is quite dark and deep. Insanely delicious. The interior and customer service are wonderful, and I would definitely like to try the regular menu.
