富士吉田市。
平日12時に店前到着。
大きな駐車場があるが満車。
回転は良いようで直ぐに入れました。
とはいえ、入店は直ぐにはできず、外待ち。
待っている間に店員さんから渡されたメモ紙に注文を書きます。
この時点で、かき揚げは売り切れ。
昨日の雨天からの本日の晴天。
外待ちは日差し厳しく暑いです。
10分で入店。
荷物があったためらしく、1人でしたが、テーブル席を使わせてくれました。
本日の注文
・肉ちく天うどん 650円
・半熟味玉 100円
程なくして着丼。
今朝の店舗さんで覚えた、マイ・スタイルを確立しそうです。
辛味と揚玉を投下して撹拌。
コクがでるね〜。
こちらのお肉は馬ではなく牛。
やはり牛の方が馴染みがあります。
天ぷらは揚げ置きで衣厚めなので汁に投下しておくと良いかも。
味玉は結構好きな濃い味です。
今回の4件の食べ歩きでは1番馴染みのあるタイプの吉田うどんでした。
