地元の方が多く集います。
ここの麺はコシがありますが、決してバキバキの麺ではありません。付け汁の出汁もいいです。 地元の方が愛するうどんがこのタイプです。お勧めです。 |
ちょいと富士山を見にきました♪
残雪と桜が素敵な時期です。
朝食兼ねて”吉田うどん”の名店にきました。
100名店の常連店。
9:45着、待ち2組。
10:00開店、３番目で入店。
本日のメニュー
肉うどん 中 ¥500(税込)
5分弱での提供。
見た目よりあっさりした出汁に、太めのうどん。
なが〜いうどんは、中々啜りにくいですw
硬めのうどんをむしゃむしゃと噛みながら食べ進めます
肉うどんの肉とは、馬肉？？？のようでソボロのような感じの肉が甘く煮付けられて旨し！
何故？のキャベツも甘く良いアクセント♪
途中、”すりだね”と呼ばれる辛み調味料を追加し味変でも楽しみました
これも良し！
美味しかったです♪
何故？が多いが完成された”吉田うどん”でした。
今回で吉田うどんを食べるのが2回目ですが、他所のうどんも食べてみたいと思いました。
