吉田の麺の固さですが、表面がツルツルです。のど越しが一味違います。
吉田の麺は硬くて表面がわりとざらざらしがちですが、個々の麺は一味違います。 うどんはのど越しと自称する貴兄も試してみる価値はあります。 |
富士吉田を訪れた際に訪問。地元で評判が良いと聞いたのでこのお店に。
お昼は吉田うどんのお店らしいが夜は居酒屋。
・源氏コロッケ◯普通のコロッケだが普通に美味しい
・揚げ餅◯もちもちでたまらん
・揚げなすのお浸し◯好きな味！
・揚げ出し豆腐◯
・吉田うどん◯うどんは噂通りかなり硬いが個人的には結構好きだった。名古屋の味噌煮込みうどんに近く、それより味は薄い。
たくさん頼んだからかもしれないが、出てくるまでにかーなり時間かかった点は△。
