肉きんぴらうどん 920円
○麺（そば） ： ヤワ ←☆☆☆☆★→ コシ
○出汁 ： 甘口 ←☆☆★☆☆→ 辛口
○個人的に ： 苦手 ←☆☆☆☆★→ 好み
ごぼうのキンピラ、甘辛く炊かれた馬肉、ゆでキャベツに刻みネギ。
表面を覆う具の下には太くてコシの強い手打ちうどんが潜んでいる。
出汁は良い具合の塩加減でいろんな風味。
富士吉田の店ほどあっさりしてなくガシッとした太麺にもよく合っているように思う。
そして卓上の薬味がまた面白い。唐辛子系の赤いのと、ゴマ系の黒いのがあり
少しずつ足してみると出汁の複雑さが増して、独特な味変を楽しめる。
大月名物手打ちうどん、の吉田屋。吉田のうどんとは書かれていないが、
今回の吉田うどんをめぐる旅の中で、一番印象に残った店だったな。
