思い起こせばMさまを囲む会の折、素敵なお誘いをいただき『行きた〜い!ご一緒させてください』とまた次回の女子会の約束をさせていただきました。
それから2か月余りの日々が過ぎ待ちに待ったその日が来ました。
お店が入っているビルの1階で待ち合わせしてお店に入ります。

シェフの計らいで私達5人での貸し切りです。
今回お誘い頂いたMさまの大好きなスープ 鶏・豚・牛・金華ハムを40時間湯煎で煮出した頂湯スープを使った様々なお料理が頂ける素晴らしいコースがもうすぐスタートすると思うだけでワクワク、期待感が膨らんできます。
席に着きました。
人懐っこい笑顔でお話しされるシェフ。
お写真で拝見していたからなのか、テレビで見かけるどなたかにそっくりさんなのか、Mさまの大好きなお店のシェフだからなのかわかりませんが初めてお会いしたとは思えないほど気さくでお話しも楽しくて居心地も抜群です。
