ここは最高のカニ専門店です！ 最高に美味しい茹でガニが食べられます！ : Kawaki

日本でカニを専門に扱う高級店は数少ないが、この店は最高レベルだと思う！

前回この店を訪れてから3年ほど経つが、すべての体験はまったく同じだった。東京から小松空港まで飛行機で約1時間、そこから車で30分ほどで店に着く。

店内は全席個室で、雪の降る日だったので、雰囲気は本当に素晴らしかった！

メニューは前菜3品、セイコガニ（メス）1匹、ズワイガニ（大）1匹で1人66000円。

ここ数年、カニの値段が上がっていると思っていたのだが、この店は価格を維持しているようだ！

前菜も美味しかったが、実は今日のカニは本当に美味しかった。身は甘くて美味しいし、中には蟹の卵がたくさん入っていた！海水の塩味がとても美味しかった！

今回は全体的に前回よりずっと良かった気がする。量が多いので、精神的に覚悟していたのだろうか。サービスも前回同様素晴らしかった！

友達の一人が、日本でカニを食べるのに一番いいのはこのお店だと言っていました。

このお店は福井県にあり、どこからも遠いです。金沢市からは車で約1.5時間、小松空港からは車で約35〜40分かかります。乗り継ぎが多く、乗り継ぎ時間が長すぎたので電車に乗りませんでした。場所は海岸線にとても近く、レストランは私たちが入ったときに旅館のように感じる美しい古い家の中にあります。

少人数のグループでも個室しかありませんが、各個室からは小さな庭が一望できます。冬はカニが一番いいと思い、外も雪が降っていたので、冬に訪れてとても嬉しかったです！

秋冬の津和井蟹で有名なお店です。特に、男性越前蟹。この種のカニは、カニの脚に付けられた独特の黄色いタグで識別できます。皇室のカニでもあり、毎年この種のカニだけが皇室に正式に売られて食べられます。

お腹が空いたので、一人前越前蟹を丸ごと1つ食べられるメニューを選びました。カニは1匹あたり1.2〜1.3kgくらいの大きさで、一人で全部食べたのは初めてだと思います。他の多くの蟹屋は蟹の各部分を分けて3〜4通りの方法で蟹を調理しますが、この店では蟹を茹でて丸ごと提供しています。

カニが出される前は前菜が2〜3個ありましたが、私にとってはカニだけに注目しました。本当に大きかったです！店長はカニのすべての部分を食べる方法を教えてくれました、そして私が終わるまでに、私はとても疲れていたので眠る準備ができていました！

他の何人かのレビュアーがカニは塩辛すぎると思ったと読んだ。正直、塩味は完璧だったと思います。味が足りないとカニを丸ごと食べ終えられないと思います。

蟹味噌は美味しかったです。蟹味噌は一日中、毎日食べられると思います。カニの足もとても楽しかったです。それぞれの足は甘くてジューシーで、味は本当に美味しかったです。

有名な日本酒蒸留所に非常に近いため、地元の日本酒の品揃えも印象的です。全体的に、私はこの食事を本当に楽しんだ。このお店に行くのはちょっと面倒だったと思いますが、このお店に行く価値はあったと思います。ただ、大都会から遠く離れたお店には少し高すぎると思います。このため、私がそれをより高い評価を与えることは難しいです。

店長はとてもフレンドリーで、雰囲気は素晴らしかったです。お一人様65,000円程度お支払いいただきました。

One of my friends told me that the best place to eat crab in Japan is at this shop.

This shop is located in Fukui prefecture, and it is quite far from... everything. From Kanazawa city, it took us around 1.5 hours by car, and from Komatsu airport, it takes around 35-40 minutes by car. I did not take a train because of the number of connections and the connection time was too long. The location is quite near to the coastline and the restaurant is in a beautiful old house that feels like a Ryokan when we entered.

There are only private rooms available, even if you are in a small group, but each of the private rooms has a good view to a small garden. I was very happy that we visited this shop in the winter season because I think the crab is the best during this season and also, we could see snow outside!

This shop is well known for Japanese snow crab (Zuwai crab). during the autumn and winter season. In particular, the male Echizen crab. This type of crab can be identified by the distinctive yellow tag that is attached to the leg of the crab. It is also the official crab for the imperial family, which means that each year, only this type of crab is officially sold to the imperial family to eat.

We were hungry, so we chose the menu where each person can eat 1 whole Echizen crab. Each crab is around 1.2-1.3kg in size and I think it is the first time that I have eaten the whole crab by myself. Many other crab restaurants will separate each part of the crab and cook the crab in 3-4 different ways, but in this shop, the crab is simply boiled and served whole.

Before the crab was served, there were 2-3 appetizers, but for me, the only thing to focus on was the crab. It was really big! The owner showed us how to eat every single part of the crab and by the time I finished, i was ready to sleep because i was so tired!

I read that some other reviewers thought the crab was too salty. Honestly, I think the saltiness was perfect. I don't think I could finish eating the whole crab if the taste was not strong enough.

The crab miso was delicious. I think I could eat the crab miso all day, every day. I also really enjoyed eating the crab legs. Each leg was sweet, juicy and the flavour was really delicious.

The selection of local sake is also impressive, including a selection of Kokuryo sake. Overall, I really enjoyed this meal. I think it was a bit troublesome to travel to this shop, but i think the food was worth the time to travel to this shop. However, I do think that the price is a little too high for a shop that is located so far from a big city. For this reason, it is difficult for me to give it a higher rating.

The shop owner was really friendly and the atmosphere was excellent though. In total, I paid around JPY65,000 per person.
