中々タイミングが合わず数年来ずっと行きたくて行けなかったイチビキにやっと行けました。
平日のせいか9時の時点で33番目、13時10分の予約が取れました。さて、何を注文するのか？かなり悩みました。ひつまぶしよりも丼が好きなので、丼は決定したものの、問題はサイズ。特上はご飯も特上らしいので、果たして食べられるのか？心配でしたが、初回なので思い切って特上を注文。妻は上のご飯少なめ。特上は想像通りの圧巻ボリューム。鰻もご飯も特盛り。上と特上場1000円しか違わないけどボリューム場かなり差がある印象。
朝ごはんは抜いて万全の体勢で特上を食べるのが正解かな。自身がない方はご飯少なめが無難です。
鰻はふわパリ、ご飯も少し柔らかめで最適な焚き具合。タレも絶妙な濃さ。鰻の味を引き立てます。
並ぶ価値ある鰻でした。また行きたい。
