名古屋、伏見のお店。
土曜昼に訪問です。
昼は整理券制。
朝9:30から配布が始まります。
私は8:30に行きましたが10組目で、12:20の枠を取れました。
整理券を貰えない人もいたようです。
特上丼 5000円
うなぎまぶし並 4200円
を注文。
鰻を一口食べて感動しました！
鰻は間違いなく名古屋No.一だと思います！
身が厚くねっとりした脂が口の中に広がります。
養殖物かもしれませんが美味しい！
そして味付けが上手。
イチビキの醤油を使っているとのことでしたが、しょっぱすぎず甘すぎない最高のバランスで鰻の美味しさも邪魔しない濃さ。
ご飯も進みます。
特上丼はご飯大盛り2杯分以上ありますがペロリでした。
大変美味しくいただきました。
