月一恒例の楽しみとして、5時半の開店にあわせて訪問。
外国の方と思しき二人の方が入り口で待っていたので、その後ろで開店を待つ。5時半直前に、他の人が外国の人の前に横入りして、しかも外国の人は予約がなかったみたいで入店せず、なんともスッキリしないスタートになったが、気を取り直して注文。
いつもどおりの香ばしい感じの最高の焼き加減を味わいました。
やっぱり安定した間違いない味。柔らかだったり、上品のふわふわしたものとか、色々あるけど、私にとっては、ここのクセになる味が一番！
今後も名古屋にいるかぎり、リピートします。

いつもどおり月一でイチビキさんにてご馳走になりました。
うなぎの口あたり、焼き具合、タレ、肝吸い、全部が自分好みの味です。
敢えて一つだけあげるとすると、少しご飯が柔めということでしょうか。自分的にはご飯は普通か、少し硬めが良いです。
まぁ、ここのうなぎを食べるとおいしいのとお腹いっぱいになるのとで、満足度、最高です！
