A shabu shabu restaurant using Bono pork from Gifu Started with [Osei] [Kimchi] [Changja] [Bacon salad] The dressing was delicious Since I came to Nagoya, I additionally ordered [Doteni] and [Kushikatsu]. The meat on the kushikatsu was firm ◎ It was different from the lean kushikatsu that was just covered in batter. I wonder if this is also Gifu pork? The meat is delicious. Expectations are high for shabu shabu that follows. At this point, my companion ordered [Yokozuna Highball], and it came out in a pitcher the size of my face.Oh, the long-awaited [shabu shabu] appeared! There are 3 types of meat: ribs, loin, and belly. Shabu-shabu pork in a pot with plenty of finely shabu shabu green onions. When the salmon turns pink, sprinkle with green onions and serve with ponzu sauce or sesame sauce. So delicious! ! Eat it quickly and add green onions! Ramen was also good (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) Thank you for the meal. I am now looking forward to coming to Nagoya again.
