Food shabu shabu exquisite shabu-shabu using fresh brand pork from Gifu prefecture that is purchased daily.
Our shabu shabu uses "Bono Pork Gifu" produced by three farmers in Gifu Prefecture. The fresh pork we purchase every day is exquisite in its natural sweetness and flavor. You can choose from four types of meat: rib roast, belly, shoulder loin, and loin. We also recommend wrapping carefully selected green onions with meat. Enjoy shabu-shabu, a simple shabu shabu that lets you enjoy the deliciousness of pork, along with our special ponzu sauce and sesame sauce.

The freshly Grilled skewer are made with pork ground in the morning, and include a wide variety of rare cuts.
