We wholesale eel to many famous eel specialty restaurants. Our long history has given us confidence in the selection of ingredients, and we only offer safe and reliable eel.

At Unagi Yondaime Kikukawa, we promise to handle the eel at our restaurant. Freshly caught eel has fluffy flesh and no odor, allowing you to enjoy the natural flavor of the eel to its fullest. You can view them at the open counter under the theme of "Issei for skewering, Issei for handling, and Issei for grilling."
Food Grilled ~Yaki~
The delicious size of the eel, which is tied to history, is large and weighs approximately 240g. Grilled over high heat using Bincho charcoal. The delicate baking in a short time is something only a craftsman can do. Please enjoy the concentrated flavor of the eel, which is crispy and fragrant on the outside, fluffy and meaty on the inside, and rich in fat.
Food Sauce ~ Sauce ~
Kikukawa's secret sauce from the fourth generation of eel is made by submerging the whole eel in the sauce, resulting in a rich and concentrated flavor. Kabayaki is of course recommended, but Shirayaki is also a dish you should try. It is grilled using a different method than kabayaki, so you can enjoy the aroma of the skin and the thick meat.
