Only the selection Course is available for both lunch and dinner. The course begins with a rich clam soup that will soothe your soul. Afterwards, there was a series of witty snacks, including deep-fried Nebuto, a specialty of Onomichi, steamed egg custard topped with pickled plums, and a comparison of two types of sea urchin (purple sea urchin from Aomori and bafun sea urchin from Hokkaido wrapped in bigfin squid), and more. Introducing Edomae Nigiri. Sushi Matsumoto's unique taste is made by sprinkling homemade salt on the tendrils of fatty tuna.
