ランチがあまりにも良かったので、ディナーも
行きました。友人を招いてのお誕生会です。
ディナーですが、抑えられた価格で皿数が
多く、質の良い素材で手の込んだお料理で
とても満足感があります。
お誕生会ということで、デザートのところでは
シェフとサービスの方両方が心をこめた演出を
してくださいました。とても暖かい時間を過ごす
ことができ、嬉しかったです。
友人もお料理の美味しさとおもてなしにとても
感激し、友達を呼んでの食事会の予約を
その場で入れていました。
ランチもディナーも満足感が高く、我々の
お気に入りのお店になりました。
価格的にも雰囲気的にも、気張らずに行く
ことができますし、Instagramなどの
メッセージで予約やアレルギーなど確認が
できるので便利です。

カーザ デッラマンテやガッルーラにいらした
シェフのお店と知り、我々はその系統の味が
好きなので、相方と2人で早速ランチに
行ってきました。
名古屋駅から歩いて行きます。ビルの地下。
踊り場の絵はシェフ作とのことです。
・料理・・まだら模様のグリッシーニ、可愛い。
前菜一皿目、こち。泡が乗っていて
すでに手がこんでいて爽やかな味わい。
八丁味噌のチャパタ、地元感が強くて
いいですね。
前菜二皿目、サザエとズッキーニの
リゾット、香りもいい！
そして本日のパスタはからすみがきいて
デッラマンテの気配がして嬉しい！
フォッカッチャはもちもちしていて
食べ進んでしまいます。このあたりで
すでにお腹パンパンです。
メインは知多牛、ランチで追加料金
なしで牛肉って凄いです！そして
塩加減がよくて美味しい。
これで終わらず、本日のパスタが
あります！グラムは選べるので、
お腹の具合で調節できます。
デザートは蒲郡みかんなどで、
爽やかにコースを締めくくりました。
この皿数で5000円切れるって、
凄いです。美味しいし量はしっかり
あるし、満足感保証！
相方もお腹いっぱいで、この値段で
このクオリティ、と感激していました。

I've been coming here since it opened. Chef Hirosawa is a talented chef who instantly became a top runner in Nagoya. The exquisite dishes served from the casual atmosphere will knock you out every time. On this day too, everything from the first ``strawberry'' to the pasta, Oyster, salad, beef, and specialty sake ice cream was a hit! The salads are made with delicious vegetables from Senga Farm in Tokoname (you can even find some rare ones), and you can tell that each part has been treated with care. While taking advantage of the quality of the ingredients, the seasoning is exquisite. This is a store that I can recommend with confidence. The month had changed and I had forgotten my birthday, but the landlady remembered and congratulated me. This kind of consideration is wonderful, and the staff at Chisan Cafeterias are all smiling and create a very nice atmosphere. I think he is good at nurturing young people. "Local hamburger" will open its third store in front of Chikusa Aeon in March. I'm looking forward to seeing that they have a variety of menu items other than just Hamburger. Expectations are high!
