地産地消に拘った食材を使用したお料理にとても感動しました
どれも洗練された調理法で最初から最後まで見た目にも食感にも勿論味にも大満足なコースでした！
料理に合わせてペアリングしたワインも、好みなども聞いていただきながらぴったりと言えるものをそれぞれ出して貰い、どの料理のタイミングで次のワインを出していただけるかなども伝えていただけるので、飲み切るタイミングなども考えて楽しめました！
