Food Please enjoy the “Yaki Uo”
At our restaurant, you can enjoy grilled fish, which is rare even in Japan, at a reasonable price. Yakiuo is a dish in which fish that is fresh enough to be eaten as sashimi is quickly grilled like Yakiniku (Grilled meat). Ichi Uo Ichi is also famous for its [Yaki Uo Kushi], which is grilled seafood on skewers similar to yakitori over charcoal. It's marinated in sauce, so it's delicious even if you grill it and eat it as is. Please enjoy the deliciousness of rare grilled eel.
