名古屋市営地下鉄「伏見駅」6番出口より徒歩2分
御園座の裏手にあるこちらのお店。
魚めし 竹亭 （うおめしちくてい）
鮮度にこだわった魚料理がいただける、人気のお店です。
この日は、10時55分の開店前に到着しましたが、すでに3組待ちでした。
オープンと当時に、カウンターに案内され、まずは桶に盛られた魚達から好きな魚を選択し、調理法を選びます。
魚は、随時変わるようです。
今回、注文したのは
〇焼魚定食 税込1,000円 （造り、冷やっこ、ご飯、漬物、赤だし、デザート付き）
魚は、チダイを選択しました。
ご飯、漬物、赤だしはお代わりできるようです。
まずは、造り、冷やっこ、漬物が配膳され魚が焼きあがるのを待ちます。
丁寧に焼いているので時間がかかります。
しばらくして、焼魚、ご飯、赤だし、デザート（この日は杏仁豆腐）が配膳されました。
造りは鮮度の良さを感じます。
冷やっこは濃厚で大豆の香がしっかりします。
漬物は手作り感満載。
焼魚はふっくら焼かれています。
ご飯は小さなお櫃で提供されます。
赤だしは、少しぬるめですがしっかりとした出汁を感じます。
杏仁豆腐は手作り感満載。
と文句の付けようのない内容です。
滞在中、常に満席状態でウェイティングもありましたので、ピーク時間を外すことをおすすめします。
