It's been a while since I last had a night drink. It's been three months since I've been out in the Sakae area at night. I went to the 0th party by myself before drinking books. The purpose is the soup-wrapped egg made by the third generation sake god. When I saw the photo, it looked delicious. Make sure you have enough time to go to the store. Arrived as scheduled. Since it was a Tuesday night, I didn't think it would be that crowded, but as expected, it was a private reserved. Check the menu for counter seats. First up is Tribby. The sticks are boiled peanuts. Strange, is not it. So, I ordered dashi rolled egg and fried tofu. Appearing from soup stock rolls. Even when you break the chopsticks, the dashi soup oozes out. This is probably my favorite type! Purunpurun. Yawayawa. Piping hot. It is Kyoto style without sweetness. That's good! ! This is also great for deep-fried tofu. Before that, highball Yamazaki. Hakushu 12 years is expensive. Did you drink what you had at home? And fried tofu. Freshly fried, it's slightly melty and delicious. The soup stock is also good. If I ate it all, I would end up with belly fat, but I couldn't leave any leftovers. Thank you for your hard work. This shop is nice. Unfortunately, smoking is allowed. Two people entered the store about 10 minutes before I left. I was completely exposed to smoke. (T_T) I almost escaped. Well, it's a restaurant that allows smoking, so I can't help it.
