Today we are making minced meat cutlet with cheese and chicken fillet cutlet. Payment is made in advance at the time of ordering. Lunch is a main dish, two Small dish, rice, and seaweed soup. The cutlet is freshly fried. A demi-glace-like sauce containing onions and shimeji mushrooms is laid out on top. The minced meat cutlet also contains trolley cheese and is delicious. It goes well with rice. It's a small thing, but it's nice to be served cold tea instead of water. Thank you for the meal.
