Set menu
This course allows you to enjoy the cuisine of Kimoya at a very reasonable price. The standard liver sashimi of Kimoya includes [horse liver sashimi directly from Kumamoto] and [beef hearts sashimi]. We will also prepare collagen beef Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) which is an advanced version of our standard beef and beef balls hot pot.

This course will be prepared mainly with the famous dishes of Kimoya. The liver sashimi assortment includes our most popular "horse liver sashimi directly from Kumamoto". The menu is full of hearty dishes, such as the classic liver restaurant's [Fried Chive Liver with Stone Roasted Chive Liver] and [Crab Liver Cream Croquette]! Please choose from our two types of hot pots.
