Born in Aichi Prefecture in 1968. He entered the world of cooking at the age of 20 and moved to Italy after training at an Italian restaurant in Komaki. He studied at the famous store "Arpino" in Lombardy, Italy. He worked as a sous chef at the now-defunct famous restaurant "Ishiba no Sha" in Nagoya. After experiencing the launch of a new restaurant, he decided to become independent and opened an Italian restaurant "Colombo" in Chikusa Ward as an owner and chef. After that, he moved to Fushimi and opened "cucinaWada" in November 2010.
