I made a reservation and had clam shabu shabu. Kuwana clams are asymmetrical shellfish, and sometimes when I eat them in Nagoya, they are not Kuwana clams, but here they were definitely Kuwana clams, and they were so delicious that I could eat them as much as I wanted. It was my first time to eat clam soup, and it was delicious. It was a very satisfying clam course with sashimi, Tempura, and hot pot. The clams were delicious and had just the right texture. I was a little disappointed because I had to ask them to lower the temperature of the air conditioner, when I asked for water, it was too late, and when I asked them to open the door, they wouldn't open it.I was in a private room right next to the entrance, but there was a lot of heat from the air conditioner, stove, and pot. When I was drinking Japanese sake, I collapsed from anemia after the second drink. The staff was very nice and brought me a chair with a high back, and I recovered safely, but I felt that I had to be careful about the heat in the private room.
