平日の開店直後に伺うと、カウンターはすでに2組4人の先客がいました。今日のお目当ては、木・金限定の牛タンハンバーグ（限定5食）なので、２階席にお客さんがいなければ注文確定です。
感じの良いホールスタッフに迎えられてカウンターへ。高級店に来たような丁寧でスマートな接客に、テンションがあがります。
12時前なのに後続客が次々と来店します。テイクアウトの受け取りも来る人気店でした。
おそるおそるハンバーグがあるか聞いてみると「まだあります」とのお返事を頂き、喜び注文しました。
10分ほどでお料理が到着。ハンバーグは熱々の鉄板に乗っていて美味しそうです。
粗挽きのお肉を割ると中から透明な肉汁がじわっとあふれてきます。さすが店名に肉とあるだけあり、お肉の質は間違いなし。牛タンハンバーグは、自分の中でかなり上位ランキングに入るくらい、好みの味でした。ソースも美味しい。
周りのテーブルを見渡すと、圧倒的に「リブロースステーキ」が人気でした。ステーキなのにこのお値段でステーキが頂けるのはかなりお得ですし、ハンバーグがこれだけおいしければきっとステーキのお肉も美味しいはず！次はステーキを食べに伺いたいです。
午後０時30分ごろにはハンバーグもステーキも売り切れていました。お目当てメニューがあるなら早めの時間の来店がおすすめです。
