Mansaku is a brand of eel from Isshiki Town, Aichi Prefecture, and Mikawa Tamsui. We have a fish tank, so once your order is placed, we cut the eel in the kitchen and skewer it for easy grilling, so you can grill it yourself. You can eat it freshly grilled as is with salt or wasabi, or you can enjoy it twice by adding the sauce and grilling it. To finish off Onigiri, we offer the Hitsumabushi Set, which includes rice balls, soup stock, and condiments. It is also recommended to enjoy Onigiri with okoge on the hearth.
