18時半に予約して行きました。
丸の内1番出口から徒歩1分でした。
想像以上に雰囲気が良く、
囲炉裏を囲って食べられるお店で
もっと早く知っていれば良かったと思いました。
料理長は、京都 祇園の料亭出身ということで
美味しいのはもちろん、盛り付けも綺麗でした。
メニューは、囲炉裏で食べる食材から
鮨、フレンチまでありました。
フレンチは、コースのみで
コースは、4,500円と5,800円がありました。

こんな豪華な刺し盛りは、
なかなか見たことないので
テンションが上がりました。
囲炉裏焼きは、野菜を始め、
車海老や鰻を炭火で焼いて食べられて
見た目からも楽しく、美味しさが増します。
特に鰻は好みの焼き加減でキツネ色になるまで焼き、
塩焼きにしたり、タレをつけたり、焼きおにぎりと
一緒に出汁で食べたり、どの食べ方も絶品です。
ジビエなど、今回食べたかったけど
お腹いっぱいで食べられなかったメニューもあるので
また行きたいと思います。
