Each table has a hearth where you can grill and eat your favorite ingredients. It was my first time to grill and eat eel myself, but I tried it either white grilled or kabayaki with sauce, depending on my preference. Personally, I think the combination of Shirayaki and salted wasabi goes really well with sake! The sashimi platter is also very luxurious, fresh and satisfying. The staff's response was also ◎!
