この日は行こうとしていたお店に到着したら、多分閉店してました。
うなだれながら、近くにあった居酒屋
「旨いもん酒場みやび丸の内店」にうかがいました。
豊富なランチメニューの中、目を引いたのは、
低温熟成豚レアカツ １１００円。
豚レアカツフリークの僕としては、
迷わずオーダーしました。
とんかつの他にも、おばんざい的なものが３種類と、サラダ的なもの、ゴハンと味噌汁はおかわり可能です。
メニューには、「低温熟成」と記載してありますが、「低温調理」したヒレの部分を、揚げる感じでした。
なので、芯の部分は冷たいです。
レアとんかつとしての完成度は、低めですが、
この価格と肉質なら、文句なしです。
こうなると、他のメニューも深堀りしてみたいお店です。
美味しくいただきました。
