中区栄2丁目、伏見駅から徒歩3,4分ほど。
広小路通から名古屋市科学館プラネタリウムを
臨むように南へ下ると
人情屋台科学館通り店があります。
屋台村の中で、お昼から営業しているのは
ふく田さんだけなのかな？
丁寧に作った和食惣菜を手軽に
楽しんでもらいたい、とこちらでも
基本的に通し営業されてます◎
セッティング、初夏の敷紙が素敵です。
予約は食べログからでも即時可能で有難い！
こちらでは単品のみ注文はご法度(のり弁以外)で
いずれかのコースやセットメニューを選んで
単品から追加していくというかたち。
▫️おまかせ(先付、冷菜、焼き八寸) ¥2,500
▫️鯛ちくわ磯辺揚げ ¥500
▫️レモンサワー、オレンジワイン
先付で供されたのは削りたての鰹節と
拘り抜いたお出汁のほうれん草のおひたし。
これがめちゃ美味しかった…！
焼き八寸はお酒すすみまくりで
取り揃え多すぎるオレンジワインを
独りで続々と飲んでしまった( *´艸`)
やはり個人的に鯛ちくわは外せない〜！！
鯛ちくわ自体すごく美味しいのですが、
海苔はあおさとバラのりの2種使用、
本枯節練り込み醤油マヨがよくあいます。
こりゃ昼から最高だわ…
またふらりとお邪魔します★

この日の敷き紙はひまわり。夏真っ盛りです！

こちらでは単品のみ注文は基本的にご法度で
いずれかのコースやセットメニューを選んで
単品から追加していくというかたち。

▫️黒毛和牛サーロイン肉じゃが
⇒これで¥4,500のセットコースがありました
▫️ハイボール、日本酒、オレンジワイン
前回と同じく、ご飯なしのおまかせに
好きな物を追加するパターンで✨
先付は削りたての鰹節とトマトと塩昆布のサラダ。
このトマトも拘っているみたいで甘かったです！
冷菜のあんかけも、少し酸味があって
この日も暑かったのでさっぱりしてとっても良い♪
八寸に大好きな鯛ちくわ入ってて喜びました(*´ 艸｀)
2種類の調理法の鮎も美味しいな！
TOPは衝撃的な見た目の肉じゃが。笑
サーロインを1センチ切り出しで
肉屋さんに注文するんだとか…。
何に使うの？って聞かれて、言うと
首を傾げられるらしいです(笑)
もはや肉じゃがではないけど、お出汁きいてて
甘辛加減もドンピシャでめちゃ美味しかった、、、！
お酒も酒好きが喜ぶラインナップ◎
また均一ボトル売りも始めたみたいですので
少し人数集めていくのもいいなぁー。
