近くに叶さんがあるなと思い
並んでたら素通りしようと
お店の前に行ったら先客1名
これは行くしかないと思い後続
今更ながら初来店
最近は分厚い低温調理系を
狙って行く事が多かったので
そういえば丼で食べるのは初かな
開店10分前
店員さんが中からでてきて
先に注文をとってくれます
11時に店内に入り
待つこと5分程で着丼
ご飯大盛りの六個にしましたが
カツも柔らかくご飯がすすむー
ペロリと完食
わたしは衣のサクサク感も感じたいので
べったり系は躊躇してましたが
ここのは美味しかったです！
某有名店へはもう何年も行ってませんが
名古屋っぽい味噌カツなら
やはりここでしょうか
味噌カツも奥が深いな笑
