ひと通り名古屋名物は食べた事があるが、味噌カツって殆ど食べた事無いなと思いこちらのお店へ。
元祖味噌カツ丼をねぎトッピングで注文。
丼からはみ出す程ボリューム感のあるカツは厚みがあるが柔らかく、サクッとした食感。色味的に一見味が濃そうだがそんな事はなく、飽きずに食べ進める事ができる。
