栄中心部の路地裏にひっそり佇む味噌カツ丼の名店叶さんに初訪問。
ランチタイム外した14時前というのに満席の人気ぶりです。
メニューは味噌カツ丼一本、それにトッピングを追加するくらいなので、ネギ追加で注文。
丼が少し小さいのでご飯量控えめですが、その分カツをしっかり味わえます。見た目ほど濃い味のソースではなく、旨みのあるあっさり味噌ダレといった印象。半熟卵の卵黄と混ざり合ってかき込むのは至福のひとときです。
カツの衣も細かいパン粉で薄衣をまとわせてあるので、しつこさもなく、またなんとなく食べたくなる味わいでした。
75年も続けておられる叶さん、まだまだ美味しいカツ丼をこれからもご提供ください！
