名古屋の久屋大通駅から少し歩いたところにあるラグジュアリーな焼肉屋さん。
個室も充実していて、2名から使えるし、かなりゆっくり食事することができる。
この日は直前の予約だったこともあり、一階のカウンター。席は広くて、目の前がオープンキッチンになっており、調理しているところを見ながら食事ができる。
お肉は安定の美味しさで、どれを頼んでもハズレはない。
特に美味しかったのはハラミとカルビのワサビ焼き。ハラミは肉の美味しさが詰まっていて、どっしりとした味わい。ワサビともよく合う。
カルビはしっかりサシが入っていて、かなりジューシー。くどさも全然なくいくらでも食べれそう。
テールスープもお肉がほろほろになるまで煮込まれており、味も濃厚で美味しい。
唯一の不満は炭の状態。半分くらいしか、しっかり火が入って無かったので、スタッフの方に調整をお願いしたが、しばらくしたら火が入りますと言われた。ただ、結局最後まで半分くらいでしか焼けず。もう少ししっかりと対応して欲しかった。
