Nagoya Cochin sashimi made in the morning! Our Nagoya Cochin is delivered directly from our partner farmers every morning! We use the wonderful Cochin, which has a transparent sweetness and no odor at all. I want to eat real Nagoya Cochin! We offer this to our customers with absolute confidence!

We purchase seasonal vegetables. Enjoy plenty of fresh vegetables! Tempura, grilled fish, garlic butter, etc. are all delicious♪
DrinkWe offer a wide variety of drinks, including carefully selected Japanese sake.
There are always 18 types of sake available. A sake carefully selected by the owner that goes well with Nagoya Cochin! We stock seasonal products, and every two or three months we purchase delicious alcoholic beverages from that time of year. We also have 14 types of wine, so you can enjoy drinks other than Japanese sake at your leisure.

Table seats in the basement restaurant can be reserved for groups of 15 or more! You can enjoy Fujimiya's cuisine in a completely private space. We also have course menus, so please take advantage of them. Please note that there is no all-you-can-drink option.
