We offer a wide variety of drinks including sake, wine, and shochu. In particular, the sake that goes perfectly with our signature sushi is carefully selected by the owner himself from all over the country. Cold sake is served in an ice bucket to make it more delicious. We also have a wide selection of seasonal sake, including ``Hatsushibori'' for the new year and ``Hiyaoroshi'' for autumn. We also have white wines such as ``KENZO Estate'' that go well with Japanese-style meal and sushi. Please enjoy it with your meal according to your preference.

Our craftsmen create the finest sushi using carefully selected ingredients such as high-quality raw tuna and seasonal fish shipped directly from the Goto Islands in Nagasaki Prefecture. The sushi course offers a mix of exquisite dishes made with luxurious seasonal ingredients, including ``Nigiri''. There is also a course that includes a soft-shelled soft-shelled turtle dish, which is said to be good for nourishing and tonic properties.
