Beyond the door is a comfortable, high-quality space with gentle lights and the warmth of wood. There is also a fully private barrier-free room at the back of the store that can accommodate 2 to 4 people, so you can spend your time without worrying about your surroundings. The spacious counter seats give you a lively feel, allowing you to watch the sushi being made up close and enjoy conversation with the owner. Please use it not only for everyday use by one person, but also for a wide range of occasions such as dinner parties, anniversaries, and special occasions.

We offer a wide variety of drinks including sake, wine, and shochu. In particular, the sake that goes perfectly with our signature sushi is carefully selected by the owner himself from all over the country. Cold sake is served in an ice bucket to make it more delicious. We also have a wide selection of seasonal sake, including ``Hatsushibori'' for the new year and ``Hiyaoroshi'' for autumn. We also have white wines such as ``KENZO Estate'' that go well with Japanese-style meal and sushi. Please enjoy it with your meal according to your preference.

Our craftsmen create the finest sushi using carefully selected ingredients such as high-quality raw tuna and seasonal fish shipped directly from the Goto Islands in Nagasaki Prefecture. The sushi course offers a mix of exquisite dishes made with luxurious seasonal ingredients, including ``Nigiri''. There is also a course that includes a soft-shelled soft-shelled turtle dish, which is said to be good for nourishing and tonic properties. In order to use what is in season, we purposely do not provide items that can be used in place of business cards. Please come and enjoy each time to see what will come out.

Yasuyuki Takai, the third-generation owner, has been honing his skills in sushi and creative Japanese-style meal for 20 years at kappo and kaiseki restaurants in Aichi Prefecture.
