平日の18時半頃、仕事帰りに訪問しました。( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
予約せずにお伺いしたのですが着席できました。19時を過ぎると月曜平日でも席が結構埋まっていたので金曜日は予約が無難かもしれません。
こちらのお店には、一般的な居酒屋メニューに加えて、珍しい鯨を使用したお料理があります。鯨料理を中心に注文しました。まずは「くじら刺身3種盛」。熟成赤身と本皮と尾の身の3種類が盛られています。赤身はまるで馬肉のよう。(°▽°)本皮はこりこりあっさり、尾の身はお肉のような大トロのようなお味でした。日本酒にめちゃくちゃ合います。
メインにはお店の2大名物である「鯨鉄板レアステーキ」と「鯨土佐藁焼き」を注文。どちらも柔らかいです。レアステーキは濃いめの味付けで、藁焼きはタタキなのであっさり食べられます。
〆は「もっちり！水わらび」のデザートをいただきました。
ぷるっぷるでスプーンですくうのが難しいです。（笑）
スプーンも鯨の形になっていて可愛いです。
