Taishu Kappo Macchan is a restaurant located on the first floor of the building in front of Jumbo Parking. There was a waiter-like person standing outside wearing a white coat, so I thought he looked bored, so I went in. I went there around 20:00, but there were no other customers. I ordered a drink with a feeling of unease, and then ordered: Small fish tempura, tuna heart Tempura, bamboo shoot sashimi, chicken Fried Skewers with lotus root, corned beef, kelp with roe, salmon and salmon roe, and conger eel topped with umeboshi. To be honest, the tuna heart yukke is very hard to eat, but it's delicious! It's so delicious that if I had a spoon, I would have eaten more and more rice. It was my first time eating bamboo shoot sashimi, and I wondered if they could serve it because it was fresh, but I thought that the bamboo shoots tasted better grilled. If the bamboo shoots were fresh, they would have been better grilled and salted. Fried Skewers were just ordinary Fried Skewers. The conger eel umeboshi was chewy and well-balanced with the umeboshi, so it was delicious.
