In November and December, we will be serving a free kimchi platter to everyone who comes by 8pm! We also have the ever-popular cheese dak galbi! We use homemade kimchi that our omni-san prepare every
...day, and we use kimchi that has been well-marinated for kimchi hotpot. We use two types of chili peppers from Chungcheong Province, Korea, to create a rich, spiciness and flavor that spreads across the board. The secret to its deliciousness is the carefully aged beef bone soup and secret sauce. We also pay special attention to the seasonings, such as fish sauce and sun-dried mineral salt.
