I visited Sakurada-san at Sushimichi, located in Hisaya Odori, Nagoya. I had been interested in this place for a long time, and I was able to visit in a rare seat. Thank you♪ On this day, I had the lunch course with nigiri sushi as the main dish. What I had: ● 3 types of appetizers ● Medium fatty tuna ● Red sea bream ● Bigfin reef squid ● Black marlin ● Striped horse mackerel ● Boiled clams ● Horse manure sea urchin ● Fatty tuna ● Pickled lean meat ● Tiger prawn ● Small bowl of kinki ● Shrimp head rice crackers ● Conger eel, salt and sauce ● Pickled radish and miso soup ● Fatty tuna roll ● Extra fatty tuna taku ● Tamagoyaki The rice was small, the rice was firm and chewy, and the nigiri was delicate! Personally, I really liked the taste. I thought the lunch was a relatively affordable price range of around 20,000 yen! The chef was young and focused on his work, and the customer service was soft and likable. I could see why Nagoya's gourmets visit this place. Next time I'd like to try the evening course.
