This is one of the few restaurants in Aichi where you can enjoy pheasant dishes. Moreover, since they raise pheasants here, you can enjoy them at a low price. The all-you-can-drink course is 8,000 yen for a reserved party of 14 people. You can drink anything in the fridge! Well, it's self-service though (^^ゞ ● Braised eggplant ● Softly boiled abalone ● Sashimi platter ● Salt-grilled shrimp ● Seared pheasant ● Pheasant hot pot ● Pheasant Ramen I was surprised that abalone was served! (・∀・) I've never eaten that at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) ~ But, in exchange, the sashimi platter was a bit plain... The salt-grilled shrimp was very plump♪ It was my first time eating seared pheasant, and it had no odor, was chewy and rich in protein, but the flavor overflowed with each chew♪ I might like it more than the local chicken! (´∀｀*) The pheasant hot pot is full of ingredients, and the ingredients absorb the flavor of the pheasant, allowing you to enjoy the deliciousness. The local chicken becomes tough but the pheasant remains tender♪ It has a light taste and would be good in a rice porridge~ (⁎˃ᴗ˂⁎) The pheasant Ramen is served as a proper Ramen without using any stock from the hot pot. A plain Ramen with no toppings that you can enjoy the plain taste (^^;) I missed it because I was away from my seat, but it seems you can have it for lunch too, so I'll go next time! It was a lively drinking party, but I had a great time. The restaurant staff were also happy to help me with various things beforehand, and I was very satisfied with their polite response and service! The content and taste were worthy of the nickname "Yarisugi Hiroshi" ♪ Thank you for the meal.
